A recipe is a base (honey wort) plus up to two different additives. “Value” shows how much more it sells for than plain beer. “Spoil risk” is the chance a batch goes sour: berries without hops ferment unpredictably.

Additives and when they unlock
Herbs unlock with your glory level (★). Plant bushes in the Garden tab; the herbalist's hut gathers ripe bushes nearby.
- Hops — ★1, bitter, beer keeps longer
- Linden blossom — ★1, soft, flowery
- Raspberry — ★1, sweet, pink
- Thyme — ★3, spicy, of the steppe
- Viburnum — ★4, tart bitterness, red
- Rosehip — ★5, sweet-sour, warming
Hops keep beer safe. Brewing with raspberry or viburnum? Add hops and nothing goes sour.
Quality and handfuls
Each additive takes 1–3 handfuls. The taste (sweetness, aroma, bitterness, sourness) sets quality from 0 to 100: at 50 beer sells at its normal price, at 100 almost twice as much (×1.8). Every handful makes fermentation a little longer. A tip straight from the game: 1 hops + 1 linden gives quality 93.
